1/3 cup aloe vera gel
1 teaspoon vegetable glycerine
1/2 teaspoon witch hazel or high proof grain alcohol
20 drops of Thieves or Purification (Young Living essential oil blends)
I only used 1/4 of this recipe so it would fit in the small squeeze bottle that I had available. In case you are wondering how to cut the 1/3 cup of aloe vera into fourths, you need to know that 1/3 cup equals 16 teaspoons! :)
I used Pharm-Aloe 98% aloe vera leaf juice gelly, Now brand vegetable glycerine, Kirkland (Costco) American Vodka, and Theives. The result is a nice gel that makes my hands feel moisturized, not dried out. It also smells wonderful, not like chemicals.
