This blend of essential oils has helped me, a friend, and one of our daughters with stomach upset from food sensitivities. I was amazed the first time I rubbed it on my upset belly and immediately felt a change! It seemed like things shifted on the inside and I experienced some relief right away. A friend was surprised to have the same experience one day when she was having a particularly challenging reaction to food. Since then I have rubbed it on, or taken it internally for relief. Our older daughter was hoping to eat some left over chicken with cheese on it, but knew that it would cause her stomach to get pretty upset. She decided to take a capsule with DiGize in it just before eating, and was amazed that she experienced no stomach upset! What a wonderful oil blend to have handy!

Our younger daughter lost a tooth recently, and I think she had done quite a bit of wiggling to help it come out. The space the tooth left was bleeding and, applying pressure with a tissue didn't slow it down right away. She was a little nervous about it, so I let her dab a bit of Geranium oil on it, and the bleeding stopped! I have read about the helpfulness of Geranium oil in stopping bleeding (much more dramatically), but it was so neat to experience ourselves. I use Geranium in a first aid spray recipe...check out "Boo Boo Spray" on my recipes page!

I have read that lemon essential oil may be beneficial for the skin, and over the last few days our daughter has found this to be very true! We are just a few days in to using Young Living lemon essential oil to treat acne, and I am amazed at how effective it has been. The morning after the first application her skin already looked like it was healing. She applies it in the evening, which is a good idea because it is best to avoid direct sunlight for awhile (I have read 12 hours). Citrus oils can intensify the sun's effects on skin.
So far, we have enjoyed using lemon oil to remove sticky residue from price stickers, to enhance drinking water (use glass, not plastic, containers), and to treat acne. It is an inexpensive oil that I make sure to have on hand. Click on the link below to learn more about the the uses and benefits of Young Living lemon essential oil. Enjoy!

I really enjoy peppermint oil! One thing I use it for (sometimes diluted with a high quality oil) is headaches and sinus pressure. I have been amazed at how quickly it can relieve the pain & pressure! I also use it in my drinking water...it tastes wonderful and has health benefits. I just add one or two drops of Young Living Peppermint Oil per quart of water. (Be sure to use glass because the oil will degrade plastics.)
I thought I'd write and tell you a success story with peppermint oil! Yesterday I had such a tight muscle in my neck and it was really sore and giving me a headache. I tried motrin and a heating pad during the night, but it didn't help. When I was taking my vitamins this morning, I remembered the peppermint oil, so I put some on my neck and forehead, and my headache is gone and my neck feels much much better! ~Lisa O.
